PROQUINORTE SA is a company dedicated to the marketing of equipment and consumable materials for laboratories. In this context, management understands that continuous improvement in quality, environmental prevention, and the preservation of occupational health and safety is a priority objective to achieve the satisfaction of stakeholders, enhance competitiveness, and attain greater market growth and customer loyalty. Specifically, PROQUINORTE SA aims for a comprehensive management system that guides the company towards continuous improvement in its daily operations, environmental performance, and eliminates hazards and reduces OH&S risks, while complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, other applicable requirements, and commitments relevant to our context.

The stakeholders of PROQUINORTE SA can be confident in a reliable response from the first contact through to the delivery of the requested products, assured of receiving them with the required quality based on their needs, requirements, and expectations, at a reasonable cost and within the agreed deadlines, while causing the least possible environmental impact and providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration.

The objective of our company's policy is to consolidate this reality by continuously improving products and responsiveness to stakeholder requirements. To this end, by promoting the use of process-based approaches and risk-based thinking, we periodically carry out a comprehensive review of our Integrated Management System, the objectives set, the results obtained, and future projections, with corresponding monitoring to assess the achievement level.

All of this can only be achieved through the full responsibility and ongoing training of each member of the company, starting with Management, based on its decisions, and considering the commitment to consultation and participation of workers and their representatives.
