Who is responsible for processing your data?

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on personal data protection and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide and those generated during our relationship with you are processed for the following purposes:

• To address the requests you make to us.
• To provide you with information about PROQUINORTE SA products, including commercial communications via email or any equivalent electronic communication method (such as SMS) you have provided.
• To allow your participation in raffles and/or commercial promotions.
• If you send us a resume, to evaluate your application for participation in recruitment processes.
• To send communications related to the entity’s activities that may be of interest to you through any means you have provided.
• To respond to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, and carry out all types of communication actions.
• To manage the entity’s accounting, tax, and administration.

How long will your data be kept?

Your personal data will be retained as long as deletion is not requested by the data subject or their legal representative, and while necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected, including the applicable limitation periods.

Data retention will be subject to any legal obligations that PROQUINORTE SA may have. After these periods, the data will be destroyed or deleted in such a way that it cannot be recovered.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent provided by the data subject, which is obtained explicitly and unequivocally via completion and submission of forms, either in paper or electronic format.

Processing is also legitimized when necessary for the execution of a contract or service requested by the data subject, or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and b GDPR).

PROQUINORTE SA is also authorized to process your data to fulfill legal obligations and satisfy legitimate interests, provided they do not override your fundamental rights.

In all cases, consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Who will your data be shared with?

Your data will not be shared without your consent, except for legally permitted disclosures. When applicable, your express consent will be requested for sharing data with other entities.

Your data may be shared with entities or persons directly related to PROQUINORTE SA and its services. Also, it may be made available to public administrations, judges, and courts when required by law.

Data may be shared with companies providing services such as consulting, IT maintenance, marketing, training, or auditing. These entities will only access the necessary information under a processing contract that guarantees confidentiality and data protection.

No international data transfers outside the EU or to entities not complying with GDPR standards are planned.

What are your rights?

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether PROQUINORTE SA processes your personal data.

You have the right to access your data, request rectification of inaccurate data, or request deletion when data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In some cases, and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to data processing. PROQUINORTE SA will stop processing unless legitimate reasons prevail or in defense of claims.

As provided in Article 18 GDPR, you may also request the restriction of processing under certain circumstances.

Under the right to erasure or objection, you may exercise your "right to be forgotten" in accordance with the EU Court of Justice case law.

You have the right to data portability—to receive your data in a commonly used format and transmit it to another controller.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, unless permitted by Article 22.1 GDPR.

You may request data erasure due to disappearance of the purpose, consent withdrawal, or other reasons provided in Article 17 GDPR. Erasure will include secure deletion from automated systems and physical destruction of non-automated records.
