What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on personal data protection and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide and those generated during our relationship with you are processed for the following purposes:

  • To address the requests you make to us.
  • To provide you with information about PROQUINORTE SA products, including commercial communications via email or any equivalent electronic communication method (such as SMS) you have provided.

How long will your data be kept?

Your personal data will be retained as long as deletion is not requested by the data subject or their legal representative, and while necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected, including the applicable limitation periods.

Data retention will be subject to any legal obligations that PROQUINORTE SA may have. After these periods, the data will be destroyed or deleted in such a way that it cannot be recovered.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent provided by the data subject, which is obtained explicitly and unequivocally via completion and submission of forms, either in paper or electronic format.

Processing is also legitimized when necessary for the execution of a contract or service requested by the data subject, or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and b GDPR).

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, unless permitted by Article 22.1 GDPR.

You may request data erasure due to disappearance of the purpose, consent withdrawal, or other reasons provided in Article 17 GDPR. Erasure will include secure deletion from automated systems and physical destruction of non-automated records.
