This involves following the guidelines established by the current legislation, especially the principle of equal treatment and opportunities enshrined in Organic Law 3/2007 for the effective equality of women and men.

Since the end of 2022, we have established the Equality Committee, whose main objective is to carry out the diagnosis and design of our Equality Plan. In this important task, the MANAGEMENT of the COMPANY and the representation of our female and male workers have shared the same enthusiasm and interest.

We approach the Equality Plan as a modernization of our business management system.

We are convinced that this process will result in a more equitable internal structure and in relationships with society that are completely free from gender-based discrimination. In this way, we will actively contribute to the progress of a society where equality is a tangible and effective reality.
