1. Organizing company

Proquinorte, SA, with NIF A48202451 and registered office at PQ. TECNOLÓGICO EDIF. 208, Zamudio (Bizkaia), organizes this promotion through its Instagram profile @proquinorte .

2. Territorial and temporal scope

The promotion is exclusively open in Spain. The entry period begins on September 24, 2026, upon publication of the promotional material, and ends on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Spanish Peninsular Time). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. Participation Requirements

Anyone over 18 years of age residing in Spain with their own Instagram profile can participate. Each person may participate with only one account.

4. Mechanics

To participate, it is necessary to cumulatively fulfill the following requirements:

• Follow the @proquinorte profile on Instagram and keep following until the draw is resolved.
• Like the promotional post and keep liking it until the draw is resolved.

Each person can participate only once, regardless of the number of interactions they make. Participation from nonexistent, duplicate, automated, or profiles created solely for the purpose of participating will not be counted.

Participation is free and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service.

5. Prize

One (1) exclusive Proquinorte merchandise bundle will be raffled off, consisting of:

The prize is personal and non-transferable; it cannot be exchanged for its cash value or replaced by another, except for a justified reason on the part of the organizer, who may replace it with another of equivalent value.

6. Winner Selection

The draw will be held on October 15, 2026, using a computerized random selection tool to choose from all valid entries. One winner and two alternates will be selected, in order of priority, who will receive the prize if the winner does not meet the requirements or does not respond within the deadline.

7. Communication and delivery of the award

The result will be announced on October 15, 2026 from 6:00 PM onwards via publication on the @proquinorte profile and direct message to the winning account.

The winner will have five (5) calendar days from notification to respond and provide the necessary information for shipping. If no response is received within this period, it will be understood that they have forfeited the prize, and it will be awarded to the first alternate, and so on. If no one responds, the prize will be forfeited.

Shipping will only be available to addresses located within Spanish territory, and the costs will be borne by the organizer.

8. Taxation

The prize is subject to current tax regulations regarding prizes in kind. Where applicable, the organizer will assume the corresponding tax withholding in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates these rules, uses fake, duplicate or automated accounts, resorts to fraudulent means, or violates the platform's rules of use.

10. Data protection

The data provided by participants will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the promotion, verifying compliance with the requirements, and, if applicable, awarding the prize. The legal basis for this processing is the participant's consent, given through their voluntary participation, and the performance of the contract arising from the promotion.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the prize draw and, subsequently, for the legally required periods. It will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required or for the delivery of the prize through the corresponding transport company.

Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation and portability by contacting info@proquinorte.com , as well as file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Participation involves the use of the Instagram platform, whose data processing is governed by its own privacy policy, separate from Proquinorte, SA

11. Use of image

The publication of the winner's username on the @proquinorte profile is part of the contest rules and is accepted by participating. Any other use of their image or data will require express prior authorization.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. The participant releases Instagram and Meta from all liability arising from this promotion.

The organizer is not responsible for technical incidents beyond its control that prevent participation or the correct receipt of entries.

13. Modification and cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or to cancel the promotion for justified reasons, communicating it through the same means in which it was disseminated, without this generating any right to compensation.

14. Acceptance of the terms and applicable legislation

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any dispute will be governed by Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
